Purpose

Why we're shooting. Brookemount is bidding up into tier-1 subcontract packages and can't fill experienced plant operator seats fast enough. One day on the ground feeds two outcomes: a capability film that makes a safe, well-run crew obvious to a bid panel, and a recruitment asset bank that fills operator and labourer roles without another scattergun ad spend.

Series: Built on the Ground. Shoot once, cut many.

8:30 AM 3.5 hrs Capability film. Plant in action – earthworks, drainage, road construction. Drone passes of the site at scale. B-roll of crew working safely.
12:00 PM 30 min Lunch.
12:30 PM 3 hrs Interviews. Daniel (the business, why Brookemount) and the site supervisor (how a job runs). PTC to camera. Detail B-roll: hands, gear, signage, pre-starts.
3:30 PM 30 min Pickups and safety/quality moments for the capability cut. Wrap.
Safety first

Lift crew complete the Brookemount site induction before day one and work to all traffic management and exclusion zones. Nearest hospital and assembly point confirmed on arrival. If a shot compromises safety, we don't get the shot. The work doesn't stop for us.

12:00 PM 30 min Lunch.
12:30 PM 2.5 hrs Asset-bank B-roll. Plant library, drone, site progress, gear and signage. Tagged for reuse in future tenders and ads.
3:00 PM 30 min Final pickups, confirm shot list complete against deliverables. Wrap.
